My husband and I have just entered our 50’s.  We have been told (and I am sure it is true) that most people our age our downsizing.  We aren’t like most people.  We sold our house in the suburbs and moved with our two college age kids, two high school kids, two dogs and two cats into an 8,300 square foot home in need of some love.  This is our midlife crisis adventure.
